Although it attract members looking for dates, it also accommodateS members who only want to meet new people. The site has been very successful and now has over 500 members. Features include personalised membership pages, favourite friends pages and also Microsoft Outlook type emailing facilities. The site was written in ASP.NET, with a MySQL backend.. Villadeals.com I had the opportunity to build this ecommerce solution whilst working for redhotchilli.com. Villadeals became a very successful web application which enabled users to rent or buy property in spain, france, portugal and greece. It was built using ASP for server side coding and SQL Server for the back end. The site was voted holiday site of the month by the Daily Express. It was built using ASP for server side coding and SQL Server for the back end. The site also consists of 2 child sites namely 'Household Applicances Direct' and 'Electrical Appliances Direct'. NBV Leisure Ltd www.ticketsinadvance.com Based in France in a contractors role, my main task was to develop an e commerce site for the company. My task was to turn the site into a commercially usable ecommerce solution. Once it was developed I had to maintain it, and build on certain facilities to the site, to make it more user friendly. The site sold lift passes, ski equipment etc for ski resorts all over the French alps, and my task was to provide a site which would not only be user friendly, but be a commercial tool for the company. obtain complex and business critical data from Destination
Marketing Organisations and tourism Information Centres in the
region. With a combination of a bespoke database driven web
application plus a dedicated team of animators and support
staff, the survey achieved a 98% response rate. A report suite
allows the South West Tourism and its partners to query and
